"Twine POS is a cloud-native point of sale and e-commerce platform built in Malta for retailers and restaurants. We give local businesses one system for in-store sales, online orders, delivery, inventory, and reporting — instead of a till in one place, a stock sheet in another, and a delivery tablet on the counter. The platform covers both retail and hospitality out of the box: barcode scanning and stock control for shops and supermarkets, table management, kitchen order routing and bill splitting for restaurants and cafes, and real-time reporting for everyone. It's offline-first — if the internet drops mid-service, terminals, handhelds, and kitchen printers keep talking to each other locally and sync to the cloud when the connection returns. Twine also ships with multiple first-party integrations across accounting, card payments, cash handling, e-commerce, and Malta's beverage container return scheme, so the systems a business already relies on stay connected to the till. Our Wolt integration brings delivery orders directly into the POS. Orders arrive on the register screen alongside in-store tickets and print automatically to the right kitchen station — no manual re-entry into the till and no orders missed during a rush. Delivery sales land in the same reporting as everything else, so owners can see channel-by-channel revenue, peak hours, and average order value in one place, with Maltese fiscal receipt and VAT requirements handled correctly. Twine POS is used by supermarkets, boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants across Malta and Gozo, with local onboarding, training, and support.
