OrderRight is a cloud-based POS and hospitality management system that brings together all of a business's operations on a single platform. At the core of the platform is an integrated POS system that consolidates orders from every channel, from in-person sales to self-order terminals and QR code table ordering to delivery platforms. The self-order terminals let guests place their own orders, which can reduce wait times and staffing needs. The delivery platform integration pulls orders from platforms like Lieferando, Uber Eats, and Wolt directly into the central system, so orders no longer need to be entered manually. Payright handles card, online, and cash payments and books them automatically for further processing. The kitchen display shows incoming orders in real time and automatically prioritizes them, keeping kitchen operations structured and efficient. OrderRight meets German TSE and GoBD requirements and includes a DATEV interface for passing relevant data to accountants and auditors. The integration with popular delivery platforms brings all orders together in one central POS interface and ensures a consistent flow of information across the business. The API syncs data between the POS, kitchen display, driver app, and guest-facing ordering channels. The service also includes personal onboarding, technical support with a response time of up to two hours, and ongoing software updates.
