IDEASOFT d.o.o.

PosBoss is a cloud POS & ERP platform built by IDEASOFT d.o.o. (Croatia) for hospitality, retail, and service businesses. It covers point of sale, fiscalization compliant with the Croatian Tax Authority (CIS), inventory and warehouse management, loyalty programs, and business analytics. Our Wolt integration brings delivery orders directly into the same POS view as table orders — tagged by platform, with pre-paid status already applied, and automatically forwarded to the Kitchen Display System. Staff can accept, decline, or mark orders ready without leaving the POS interface, keeping delivery and in-house service on a single unified workflow.
